Accelerating genomic analytics using hardware specialization.
The goal of this research is to provide faster genomic analysis via hardware specialization. We implement and deploy our prototype(s) using AWS EC2 F1 instances to make genomic analysis more accessible economically and geographically.
This is a joint project between the ADEPT Lab and the Big Data Genomics group at the RISE Lab.
